Onions hanging on a wall in Zheravena in Bulgaria

Description:

Zheravna is one of Bulgaria’s most picturesque traditional villages.

Many of the villagers grow their own vegetables and here the onions are hanging in the sun.

Photo Notes:

I felt that emphasising the texture was important in this photo.

I used the Canon 100mm macro with my camera supported on a manfrotto tripod.
